Schedueler currently uses OpenAI for limited feature-specific workflows. This page explains what those features do and what information may be sent for processing.
Coach help support chat
The help support chat may send user-entered questions, recent chat context, and the current help-page context to OpenAI so the service can generate a grounded help response. The feature is limited to coach-help support topics.
Schedule image import
When a coach uploads or captures a schedule image for extraction, that image content may be sent to OpenAI so the service can identify potential schedule rows for review before events are created.
What not to upload
Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through AI-assisted features. Use those tools only for operational scheduling and support tasks that are appropriate for the platform.
