Children and Family Data
Schedueler is built for organization-managed youth sports operations. Player and guardian data in the product is intended to be entered and managed by authorized adults such as league administrators, tournament staff, coaches, and guardians with valid authority.
Organization-managed model
Schedueler does not provide direct child self-service account registration in this phase. Family-viewer access is created or linked through organization-managed roster workflows, including guardian email entry and coach- managed family access setup.
What family data may appear
Depending on how an organization uses Schedueler, the platform may contain player names, team links, guardian or parent email addresses, family-viewer account links, upcoming team events, and schedule-sharing history needed to support youth sports communication.
How requests should be handled
Because much of this information is organization-managed, requests to correct or remove player or guardian records should usually begin with the league, club, tournament organization, or coach that maintains the record. Platform-level privacy requests can still be submitted through the Privacy Requests page.
